Q. Define Economic value added ?

Economic value added (EVA): the EVA measure represents the difference between a company post tax operating profit and the cost of the capital invested in the business. The cost of capital includes of EVA is that it if company makes profit it does not mean that company is good. It has to justify the cost of capital equity include in it.
