Source of recruitment: after the finalization of recruitment plan indicating the number and type of prospective candidates they must be attracted to offer themselves for consideration to their employment. The necessitates the identification of sources from which these candidates can be attracted. Normally for an ongoing organization there are two sources of supply of manpower internal external. Each of these sources has it own merits and demerits. Therefore both sources are to be trapped in varying proportion.
