Q. Show the Direct methods of requirements?

Direct methods: Direct methods include sending travelling recruiters to educational and professional institutions, employee's contacts with public and manned exhibits.

Campus recruitment: it is a method of recruitment by visiting and participating in college campuses and their placement centres. Here the recruiters visit reputed educational institutions such as IIT's, IIM's, colleges and universities with a view to pick up jobs aspirants having requisite technical or professional skills. Sometimes, firms directly solicit information from the concerned professors about student with an outstanding record. Many companies have found that the employees contact with the public a very effective method. Other direct methods include sending recruiters to conventions and seminars, setting up exhibit to at fairs, and using mobile offices to go to the desired centres.
