What are the roles of peoples who participating in the purchase decision procedure?

The roles of peoples who participating in the purchase decision procedure is as follows:

1. Users: These are such individuals who really use the products in the organization. They frequently initiate the purchase process.

2. Influences: These are highly technical people as like engineers, who help build up the specifications and estimate alternative products of the competitors.

3. Buyers: These people are termed as also purchasing agent who helps within selecting suppliers and negotiating the condition and terms of purchase.

4. Decides: These are the individuals who really decide the products and suppliers. For routine items, chooses are same but when there is critical case then top management tapes decision.

5. Gatekeepers: These people comprise secretaries and technical personnel who control the how of information to and in between the persons into the buying center.
