Develop a major handout on the key principles of instructional leadership with a clear explanation why each focus area was chosen and an annotated bibliography on each major principle. This handout should be a tool that an administrator can use with staff members to provide insights into ‘instructional best practices‘and their applicability in meeting the needs of the learner.
Requirement:
1-develop a handout to display clearly 5 main principles of effective instructional that are needed to improve instructional practices and curricular materials and a under every main instructional put from 4 to 5 instructional. The principles should reveal practices that accommodate learners' diverse needs. The handout should also show technology and information systems needed to enrich instructional practices.
2-On the handout show clearly the relationship of each principle by grouping them according to areas of focus. The handout must show that each set of principles has been examined in a thorough manner.
3-the handout must be arranged in a manner that has graphic appeal, but also supports clarity in showing the relationship of the principles to one another and to each other.
4-Write papers provide a rationale for each focus area and for all (principles of effective instruction) by showing how to apply the principles for achieving student learning. Support all principles with accepted research in the field of effective instruction.
5-Provide an annotated bibliography.
A-all principles that are listed need to be annotated in order to provide a brief description of the principle.
B-A minimum of 12 sources needs to be used
