Job analysis is a systematic analysis of the tasks, duties and responsibilities essential to do a job. Job analysis is significant personnel activity because it recognizes what people do in their jobs and what they need in order to do the job satisfactorily. A variety of methods, are utilized to collect information regarding jobs. However, none of them is perfect. Therefore, in fact practice, a combination of several methods is used for acquiring job analysis data. These are job performance, panel of experts, personal observation, , interview, critical incidents, diary method, and questionnaire method. The growth of Internet has modified the hiring landscape.
