Problem (a) Interpersonal communication skills contribute to communication effectiveness. Explain the term interpersonal skills and describe how offering criticisms in a constructive manner is one of the core skills needed for maintaining a positive communication climate.

Problem (b) In achieving any task, interaction amongst members of the team is important and members have to communicate well together to be able to share ideas, views as well as receive feedback to tackle problems effectively.

There are different structures or channels that restrict or promote the communication that takes place in the team and these are arranged under three distinct categories. Explain each of the categories and highlight their importance in undertaking tasks of varying complexity.
