Q. Explain about Deceptive Advertising?

Deceptive Advertising demotes to Untruthful, misleading and fraudulent advertisement. Several advertisements make tall claims are called deceptive ads or exaggerated. Ads screening such false claims are called deceptive ads or. Not disclosing material facts regarding the product/Service is as well covered in deceptive advertising. For instance showing only brighter side and not disclosing the major side effects Weaknesses of product is description.

Effect on Culture: - Culture demotes to the way of life of group of people. It includes- values customs, morals, Life styles, habits etc. By advertising Cultural-exchange takes place.

This cultural exchange is able to be within in the country and with other countries as well. Through this exchange people turn into brand-minded and learn modern style of living. A few sections of society appreciate this modern style of living, while a few others sections are against it.
