1. Brad is a valuable team member; he has been part of the Opal team since the year 2003. Brad has a significant knowledge about San Francisco, and in specific the Opal Hotel history. Brad's knowledge assisted the GSA team, and team leaders to enhance their knowledge about the city and The Opal Hotel.
2. Brad has always a positive attitude with the Opal team, and guests. Brad has a friendly personality, and he is very considerate to his team's needs. Brad is also professional during performance of the task. We need to work with Brad to improve his WOW factor with guests.
3. Brad is not consistent in greeting guests in the lobby, or by phone. I will be working with Brad to standardize the greeting, and acknowledge guests in the lobby.
4. Brad's job performance is good, there is still a room to improve the quality and the quantity of work achieved during his shift. I will be assisting Brad to reach this goal.
