This is sometimes believed that dissatisfaction is synonymous along with regret or disappointment when satisfaction is linked to concepts such as, “this was a good choice” or say “I am glad that I bought this.” If phrased in behavioral response terms, in that case consumers indicate such that “purchasing such product would be a good option” or “I would be glad to purchase such product”.
