Explain Strategies for Identifying Needs

The meaning of 'strategy' hinges on plans or approaches towards accomplishing desired goals. The school mission and objectives are not easy to accomplish because many alternative paths are available; each of which requires careful consideration before a choice is made. The discussion on needs identification so far has concentrated on identifying what the needs are likely to be rather than on the strategies required to be able to find out what these needs are.
