Public Sector organisations are affected by changes in the external environment. As a result, these organisations have to become more effective and efficient. Major reforms are being brought in the Public Sector in order to achieve this objective. One of them is the introduction of Human Resource Management practices so as to improve the productivity of Public sector officials.
