Product Planning :

To perform the responsibilities the marketing managers follow  a  marketing  process  and  the  product managers  come  up  having  a marketing plan for individual product lines,  channels , brands or customer groups. Every product level has to develop a marketing plan for gaining its goals. A marketing plan is a written document that summarizes what the marketer has learned regarding the market place and mention how the firm plans to gain its marketing objectives. It is 1 of the most essential outputs of the marketing procedure. Marketing plans and product planning are becoming more customer and competitor oriented and it is becoming a continuous procedure to respond to rapidly take place and changing market conditions.
