Assignment Help:

You are the vice president of the human recourse management department of a large multinational company. Your company has decided to expand overseas. It is possible that you may send expatriates around the world, including countries like Australia, Japan, Mexico, Malaysia, India, and South Africa and Chile. You just came back from an important meeting with other VPs and the CEO. The major emphasis during the meeting was deciding which countries to expand into and how to ensure the expatriates satisfaction with their overseas assignments and overall cost reductions because of efficiency pressures. You have been instructed to report some solutions to these pressing problems. As you prepare your presentation, you know that you need to address the following issues:

Step-1 using as many sources of information as possible, prepare a list of types of information/issues that you can use to show the costs and benefits of sending the expatriates to the preceding countries.

Step-2 demonstrates the types of information and sources you can use for them.

Step-3 demonstrates how capturing the various types of information can be beneficial to the company: and how such information can be used.

Step-4 recommends one or a few countries.

Step-5 presents your findings to the class.
