You are the vice president of the human recourse management department of a large multinational company. Your company has decided to expand overseas. It is possible that you may send expatriates around the world, including countries like Australia, Japan, Mexico, Malaysia, India, and South Africa and Chile. You just came back from an important meeting with other VPs and the CEO.
