Explain about Knowledge repositories

The centres may have the following functions in relation to the knowledge repositories:

a) Creating and managing the knowledge repository;

b) Setting and enforcing standards, methods and practices;

c) Assessing work-force competency and performance;

d) Providing training and consultancy services; and

e) Identifying gaps, to remedy deficiencies in the content and processing of the knowledge repository.
