The Code of the discipline defines duties and responsibilities of employees and workers. The objectives of the code are:

1. To ensure that employers and employers recognize each other's rights and obligations.

2. To promote constructive co operation b/w the parities concerned at all levels.

3. To secure settlement of disputes and grievances by grievances by negotiation, conciliation and volume try arbitration.

4. To eliminate all forms of coercion, intimidation and violence of rules, regulations and procedures governing in the industrial relations.

5. To avoid work stoppage and litigation.

6. To facilitate the free growth of trade unions.

7. To maintain discipline in industry.
