  • Describe the role of HR professionals when situations may have legal implications
  • Recognize the employment laws and agencies that implement them
  • Describe the HR Law Navigator core categories used to analyze potential legal issuesRecognize the HR Law Navigator questions related to the categories, Employee Status, Identifying Initial Information Relating to the Organization, Categorizing Issues and Questions Applicable to All Categories.
