What are the Intangible Goods

Intangible goods refer to services provided to individual consumers or to organisational buyers (industrial, institutional, commercial, government etc.). Services are basically intangible activities that provide want or need satisfaction. Medical treatment, banking, postal and insurance services etc., all fall in this category.
