This includes Foremen, Office superintendent, Supervision or charge-hands and Inspectors and many more.
Lower management Functions are as follows:
1. Direct supervision of employees and their work
2. Developing and enhancing work methods and operation
3. Inspection
4. Instructing instructions to workers
5. To provide finishing touch to the policies and plans of top Mgt
6. To act as links among Top Mgt and operating force (labour)
7. To conversation the feeling of workers to top management.
