Q. Strategizing in career strategy?

Strategizing is the art of devising or employing plans for stratagems towards the attainment of a goal. This step affords a valuable opportunity to grow deliberately intelligently and systematically rather than by chance in the direction of career goals. Having completed the first step employees have a better understanding of self and the potential market for his unique set of skills. In this step an initial career management strategy is defined and a plan is created for enhancing career assets. Knowing and managing own strengths and weakness helps to identify industries job functions and organizations where career assets will be valued.
