Functions of Human resource development: Human resource development seeks to achieve the goals and objectives of an effective manner through developing the employees of the organization.
Development functions: these functions relate to the development of the employees and their competencies for the effective job performance. Given highly competitive nature of the business today it is crucial for organizations to develop the skills and competencies of employees at all levels for achieving the goals and objectives of the organization effectively.
