Self-management in renal nursing, Marketing Management

Assignment Help:

Statistics show that rates of CKD are continuing to rise in Australia and worldwide. Global and national economies and health politics affect the health budget.

A nephrology service located in your area is projected to exceed capacity for in-centre and satellite dialysis services within the next five years. The area manager has scheduled staff forums to seek innovative strategies to meet the forthcoming challenges faced within this service and the community it serves.

Critically discuss the factors needing to be addressed to meet this challenge. Include an analysis of how the practice of the professional nephrology nurse intersects with health politics. Use the themes presented in this unit to inform your discussion.

The paper should include an introduction that describes how your discussion is to be presented and organized and a conclusion that draws the key themes together, including any recommendations for changing your own or the wider nephrology community's practice as appropriate. Use scholarly references to support your discussion points ensuring that you correctly reference your work. You must clearly demonstrate your understanding of health promotion and health education and their relevance to your discussion.
