Here the essentials of scientific reporting with particular reference to writing up experimental work have been dealt with. In this context the following aspects have been elaborated in the unit:

4. basic statistical techniques;

5. different ways of presenting results; and

6. The appropriate writing style.

For this it is essential that first the experiment being planned well before selecting or assembling the apparatus?
