Sampling methods, HR Management

Assignment Help:

Sampling Methods:

It is not always feasible or necessary to contact everyone in a population. Instead, a sample can be used, from which to generalise to the population as a whole. A sub-set of people who are fully representative of the population of interest to the researcher is selected, so that it is possible to infer statistically that a pattern observed in the sample will also be replicated in the population.
