Routinisation:

Marketing agencies hang together into channel arrangements to give for the routinisation of transactions. Every transaction comprises paying for goods and services, ordering and valuating. The buyer and user should agree to the amount, timing and mode of payment. The cost of distribution can be minimized when the transactions are routinised; or else, every transaction is subject to bargaining, along with an accompanying loss of efficiency.
