Realisation of export proceeds, Marketing Research

Realisation of Export Proceeds: If an exporter does not realise the export proceeds within the time specified by the Reserve Bank of India, he shall be liable to action in accordance with the provisions of the act. The rules and orders made there under and the provisions of this policy will be applicable.
