Planned and systematic approach: HRD is a planned and systematic approach to the development of the people. HRD is a system consisting of the several interdependent and interrelated subsystems, for example performance appraisal, training, job enrichment etc. while designing a HRD system, enough attention should be paid to building linkages between the various subsystems.
