What are the methods of work force in the training and education?
Work Force:
At this level the workers are to be familiarised with the job, with the organisation and are specified mostly skill training. These methods are given below:
(i) Induction and Orientation Training that aims to get over the problems into the period as rapidly as possible and along with the minimum emotional upsets.
(ii) Training through skilled, experienced and old employee to whom the new worker is joined. All new workers see the experienced worker when he works and after that tries to do similar way.
(iii) Onto the Job Training where the supervisor explains and illustrates the job and the new worker tries regarding himself.
(iv) Apprentice Training that has an academic side and practical one for illustration a trainee attends specific courses, and also receives practical training.
