1. Discipline connects a state of order in an organization.

2. In means compliance with the accepted order to proper appreciation of the hierarchy superior subordinate relationship.

3. A discipline is a training which rectifies, modifies, strengthens or improves individual behaviour.

4. It is adherence to established norms and regulations.

5. It corrects improper conduct and thus acts as a force leading to the adherence of the rules and regulations.

6. Discipline is a product of culture, value system, environment and a basic part of the management of employee attitudes and behaviour.

7. It is determinative and positive willingness.
