Human resource planning: it is a process for determination and assuring that the organization will have an adequate number of qualified persons, available at proper ties, performing job which would meet the needs of the organizations and which would provide satisfaction for the individuals involved. It involves:
a. Estimation of personal and future requirements and supply of human resources basing on the objective and long range plans of the organizations.
b. Calculation of net human resources requirements based on the present inventory of human resources.
c. Taking steps to mould, change, and make the strength of existing employees in the organization so that as to meet the future human resource requirements.
