Define the tracking system in law.

Most cases are heard into the County Court or High Court as well as a tracking system is now utilized to decide this.

Small claims track: It is easy and informal manner of resolving disputes. You must be capable to do this without a solicitor. The amount within dispute must not be more than £5,000.

Fast track: the amount within dispute would be more than £5,000 although less than £15,000.

Multi-track: The amount in argument would be more than £15,000.
