Work/Life benefits are "non-traditional" employee benefits that help employees in organizing their lives. Employers buy these services from vendors and they are presented to employees as advantages. These services can create the dissimilarity in attracting and retaining employees. Ordinary life management benefits involve: child and elder care referral services, concierge, employee assistance program (EAP), legal assistance, and emergency back-up childcare.
