Q. What is T - Group training?

This generally comprises association, audio visual aids, and planned reading programmes. Members of a professional association take training by it in the new techniques and ideas pertaining to their own vocations. Through a regular supply of professional informal and journals social contracts or gatherings, members and kept informed of the latest development in their particular field. Audio visual aids records, tapes, and firms are usually used in conjunction with the other conventional teaching methods. supervised and Planned reading programmes are conducted. Technical publications and the journals are kept in the library for the use of the trainees.
