Competitors:

The marketing concept declares that, to be successful, a company should give greater customer value and satisfaction than its competitors. Therefore, marketers should do more than simply adapt to the requirements of target consumers. They should also gain strategic advantage by positioning their offerings strongly against competitors’ giving in the minds of consumers. They should strive to anticipate competitor strategy and activity.
