Effects of indiscipline decrease in the given factors:

a. Production: The quantum of productivity in products or services may decline because of indifferent attitude of employees or because of their deliberate actions.

b. Product Quality: The reduction in quality could be again because of deliberate actions upon the part of employees or because of their indifferent attitude.

c. Employee Morale: because of the indiscipline environment/ atmosphere, the morale of worker would turn into low.
