Organizational Behaviour Applies the Scientific Method: This method entails systematic study involving the use of scientific evidence gathered under controlled conditions. The field of organizational behavior, its theories and conclusions, is based on a large number of systematically designed research studies.

Organizational Behaviour has Three Levels of Analysis: Behaviour is viewed as operating at three levels namely individual, group and organization. It helps in studying the behavior of people within an organization.
