The scope of Organizational Behaviour must be looked at in terms of its adequacy. The scope considers the study of behavior within organizations with respect to individuals, groups and organizations.
Organizations at the Individual Level: Organizational behavior can be studied in the perspective of individual members of the organization. This approach to organizational behavior draws heavily on the discipline of psychology and explains why individuals behave and react the way they do differently to organizational policies, policies and procedures.
