Q. Role of Administrative expert?

Administrative expert: the administrative role of an HR manager is deeply oriented to processing and record keeping. Maintaining employee files, and HR related databases, processing employee benefit claims, answering queries regarding leave, transport and medical facilitating submitting medical reports agencies are examples of the administrative nature of the HR management. These activities must be performed effectively and effectively to meet changing requirements to employees, customers and the government.
