Oral warnings, HR Management

Oral warnings: whenever an employee commits minor omissions he may be given an oral reprimand by the superior concerned. In such cases, the superior should enlighten the employee as to how to prevent their recurrence. Since repeated warnings may bring down drastically the level of morale of the employee, oral warnings should be used sparingly.
