A large and well established retail company in Fiji has identified expansion to other Pacific countries as one of its key business strategies. The medium term plans of the company are to expand to a minimum of three other countries in the region and over the long term (5 to 7 years) operate in Australia and New Zealand as well. Assume you are the group human resources manager tasked with identifying key HR priorities and developing a HR strategy for the company to support the expansion plans.

Develop and write a two page HR strategy document outlining key HR functions that you will undertake in fulfilling your role. This document is to be submitted to the Board for approval. You are allowed to make necessary assumptions and highlight them appropriately.
