Financially Sound: - The ad-agencies which are monetarily sound and have good turnover have better contract with media owners. The agencies which are monetarily sound can afford better infrastructure well equipped-ad labs specialist national and international image. Such agencies are in a superior position to serve the client.

Agency-Experienced:- Agency Which has long existence usually performs better for the reason that of its experience and familiarity with different components of marketing environment like taste of consumer, competitors' policies, fashions and trends, circulation and reputation of different media.
