How is evaluation and selection important in decision making process?

Evaluation and Selection:

These are two-stage decision process of circulating of supplier and selection from decision making process. In the primary stage the organizations screen out potential suppliers which do not meet all its criteria. And in second stage two rules are there disjunctive and lexicographer. Into disjunctive, there a minimum level of performance for each significant attribute is established. Within lexicographic needs the business buyers to rank the criteria to importance.
