Q. Evaluation of the training programme?

Principal of evaluation: evaluation of the training programme must be based on the following principals:

1. Evaluation specialists must be clear about the clear goals and purposes of evaluation.

2. Evaluation must be continuous

3. Evaluation must be specific

4. Evaluation must provide the means and focus for the trainers to be able to appraise themselves, their practises and their products

5. Evaluation must be based on objective methods and standards

6. Realistic targets dates must be set for each phased of the evaluation process. A sense of urgency must be developed, but deadlines that are unreasonably high will result in poor evaluation.
