Tutti Fruitty Co Ltd is a small locally own chain of restaurants and has not been doing greatly these days. It has twelve different outlets and employs 15 employees in each of its outlets and each of them caters for 100 covers per meal. Turnover has been very high over the past two months and the owner of the chain of restaurant wants to change this situation and hence has recruited you to help him solve his problem. As the newcomer to Tutti Fruitty you are to change the owners' misconception that training is only a cost to an organisation.
