The company is planning to open a new call centre in the north of the country and will need 50 Call Centre Operators and 5 Supervisors for this new plant by end of 2013. Mail.com Co. Ltd also want to expand and will need 200 Operators and 18 Supervisors by the end of 2014. The CEO of Mail.com Co. Ltd wants you to explain him the following with details:
