Q. Describe Priest man bonus plan?

Priest man bonus plan: under this system productivity of all the workers is taken into account. In case, during a year, the o/p rises either above the standard o/p or the previous year, the wages of the workers are increased in the same ratio. Thus, if in 1978 the o/p the per (man hour o/p) on the average, 11 units the wages in 1979 would be 10 per cent higher than in 1978.
