The eighth and last step in the new-product development procedure is commercialization. This step is introducing a fresh product into the market. The company bringing out a new product ought to make the following decisions:
1). When? What is the right time (timing) to introduce the new product?
2). Where? The company ought to decide whether to launch the fresh product in a single location, several regions, a region the national market, or the inter-national market. Sometimes a market rollout works excellent where introduction is phased in. Global rollout can also be done.
