Training is also necessary to equip the old employees with the advanced disciplines techniques or technology. Training is also needed to:

c. Help a company to fulfil its future personnel needs,

d. Improve organization safety

e. Prevent obsolescence

f. Effect personal growth

g. Minimize the resistance to change
