A 69 year old male farmer presents to the clinic with cc of worsening right knee pain. His pain is worse with activity and improves with heat, ice and rest. He reports associated stiffness in the morning and after sitting for short periods. It is now affecting his activities of daily living. His pain is rated 6/10 with activity and 2/10 at rest. He denies recent injury. He was last seen in your clnic 2 mos ago for a Knee pain and underwent x-ray imaging.. He has a history of chronic knee pain for the past 12 months, now worsening.. He requests something else for his knee pain white awaiting referral to Orthopedic surgeon. His Knee Xray last office visit revealed moderate to severe bilateral tricompartmental Knee Osteoarthritis with right > left. He was referred to Orthopedic Surgeon and is awaiting his appointment.
