Two instances of twentieth/twenty-first century state terrorism from two separate states and compare and contrast the incidents. For example: An incident for Iran could be the takeover of the U.S. Embassy in 1979; AND an incident for Iraq could be the destruction of the Kurdish town of Halabja by explosives, napalm and poison gas by Saddam Hussein in 1988.
